Here at Victory Christian Center, children are an important part of the body of Christ. We take ministering to these children very seriously at Kids on Track. Every child who steps through the doors has a plan, purpose and destiny that the Heavenly Father has given. We need to nurture the children and aid their parents in forming a solid foundation upon which the child can build.

You are a vital part of this ministry no matter where you serve. Because you are so important to us, we do our best to ensure that you are well equipped, so that you are able to minister to these little ones in a way that will please Christ. Without volunteers, this ministry could not exist. Here at Kids on Track we are a team, and we believe a team must be in unity to be effective. This booklet is designed to introduce you to the Kids on Track Ministries and beliefs. It should provide you with a clear understanding of our ministry philosophy, values and policies.

We all work together to form a lasting impression in the hearts of each and every child at Kids on Track. We incite the children’s interest in our amazing God and His Son, Jesus Christ, through providing a fun Christcentered environment where learning and growing begin to take place naturally. Strong, long-lasting relationships are formed between the staff of Kids on Track and the children who attend.

Thank you so much for teaming up with the staff and volunteers here at Kids on Track to make church the best time of the children’s week by loving God, loving people and loving life.
